10.0Quiet environment, beautiful garden, hills nearby, we enjoyed the pool. Great for families. If you have a car, there are great trips nearby. For example to the thermal baths, to Lake Bolsena or to Orvieto and Perugia. The owners were nice and helpful.

9.0This place is wonderful. It's located just in the middle between Florence and Rome, in a very beautiful and quiet area. Within a few days we have seen deer, foxes and wild boars crossing the road which my daughter loved seeing. The owners are extremely nice and fair people. I highly recommend this place. It has everything you need and is decorated beautifully. If you're there, be sure to go to restaurant il Felcino, 10 minutes drive from there. It has the best food we've had till now in the whole of Italy!
