La amabilidad del propietario y algunas instalaciones de la casa, como la sala de juegos. Muy cuidada y original.

− Ubicada a pie de carretera en una zona bastante húmeda y fría, apenas le da el sol en todo el día. Al ser invierno, esto se amplifica. Al prender radiadores, calentadores y chimenea para paliar la situación se bajaban los plomos.
