The cottage was well located and quiet, but could have been better maintained.
7.0The location was excellent. Away from busy roads and secure off street parking.The cottage was spacious and well equipped. The conservatory was a plus except when it rained. The garden was beautiful!
− A lot of the furniture was older and well worn. The roof in the conservatory leaked every time it rained. We couldn’t run hot water in both bathrooms at the same time. There were no instructions for the appliances in the kitchen. We never did figure out how the ovens worked.
An enjoyable stay in a nice property in a pretty part of the country.
7.0The location is very good for walking into Frome town centre. Quite and pleasent area close to a very nice church.
− Certain aspects of the property need attention. Mainly the cleanleness of the lower oven and locks on the downstairs toilet. There was some staining on the mattress in the on-suit bedroom.

8.0Beautiful garden, plenty of parking space. Great kitchen, lovely rooms.
− WiFi terrible - tried watching Strictly on catch-up and it kept 'dropping off'! Also kept losing it on our phones. Bit annoying having to go out to the garage to get ice from the freezer! Path overgrown and garage very cluttered - freezer contained someone's personal items - felt like we were intruding.....
We really loved our stay and would love to return. Your house keeper does a great job,
9.0Perfect location for us as we were spending a couple of days at Longleat. Frome is a lovely town very querky.
− A couple of things which should be addressed there was a large build up of rubbish outside the property so I knocked on a neighbours door to find out about rubbish day, we took it all up to the main road on the appropriate day. The neighbours were relieved. Also on stripping the beds they were without protectors which really would have impacted the holiday had we checked at the beginning of the holiday because the mattresses were very stained.

9.0In particular, the conservatory and garden were lovely. Good size comfortable lounge and well equipped kitchen.
− Dishwasher needs de-scaling, cobwebs around kitchen window and dead fly on kitchen windowsill. Mattress in second bedroom sunk in the middle.
