10.0Нам дуже сподобалися ці апартаменти! З них відкривається неймовірно красивий вид, а самі апартаменти чисті, затишні та дуже охайні. Для трьох людей вони підійшли просто ідеально. Окрема подяка господарю — дуже привітна, ввічлива та турботлива людина, яка допомагала нам з усіма питаннями. Щиро рекомендуємо ці апартаменти всім, хто хоче комфортно відпочити. Дякуємо за чудовий відпочинок!

− La strada per raggiungere la struttura non molto comoda ,ma la strada in salita poi regala una vista mozzafiato

1.0− Nello stesso giorno in cui sono arrivato ho riscontrato la presenza in prossimità della finestra del bagno dell’alloggio, di una lastra ondulata apparentemente in cemento-amianto (eternit), visibilmente deteriorata e sfibrata. Considerata la potenziale pericolosità per la salute, soprattutto in presenza di mia figlia neonata di un solo mese, ho immediatamente lasciato la struttura per motivi di sicurezza. Il gestore della struttura, da me interpellato, ha negato la presenza di amianto, senza tuttavia fornire alcuna documentazione tecnica o certificazione e rifiutando persino il rimborso nonostante il fatto che io non abbia effettivamente usufruito dell’appartamento già pagato e soprattutto nonostante il mio abbandono per potenziale rischio sanitario .
