− The gas stove didn’t work and the hot water in shower cut in and out

The house was cosy, but not worth the price.
6.0The location was good...close to wharf and the few shops. The LJ Hooker lady (Nicole) was very nice
− We should have been told to bring more than just our linen. No hairdryer visible, nor shampoo or conditioner body wash etc, no tea and coffee/sugar visible. Luckily we had taken some of our own but should have been alerted. The gas stove looked old and dangerous to those not used to gas and no lighter or matches...had to light the mosquito coils from the toaster! Clearer instructions or advise to either bring an electric frypan or provide one. The quilt on the bed has seen better days and did not look freshly laundered. We took our own pillows and thank goodness we did.
Very disappointed, gardens not maintained and all in all not pleasant

− Dirty, smelly and cupboards broken. Ants in kitchen and bathroom.

− Bring your own linens, towels, soap and shampoo. Wear and tear with some furniture. Light bulbs needed to be replaced. Booking.com is a third party coz I had emails from LJ Hooker to do payment and pick up key.
Very quirky and like staying at great aunt Wendy’s shack , very quiet area with not much to do if the weather is bad .

− Bring your own linen , and then vacuum and mop ,wipe and clean everything remove garbage as per signs on walls( as well as a $100 cleaning fee mentioned in invoice)
