It was an excellent stay.
10.0The house was lovely and clean with good wifi. It’s much more spacious once you get inside and better value than a hotel. And they let us check out a bit later for no extra charge.
− None really. We weren’t sure how to operate the heating (we didn’t see the guest welcome guide on the table) so they sent someone round to show us. He arrived within 15 minutes so very pleased.
Really nice house
10.0We checked in late so nice to find tea & coffee facilities upon arrival. Modern and clean property (just as shown in photos) with comfortable beds. 3 bedrooms so quite spacious. Located in a quiet street with parking space at the front and side of the house. It was just what we were looking for.

Disappointing
4.0− The pots were filthy. We didn’t use them and opted to buy ready made meals. There were cobwebs in certain places. It didn’t seem as if some of the sheets were clean. Hairs were found. The agent did send a cleaner in, but she couldn’t do much because she didn’t want to get in our way. She did try. We complained about the pan, toaster, cutlery, tin opener, cups and glasses and were duly sent new of each. They did try to correct, but it is very disappointing that we had to complain about items on arrival. The mattresses were very uncomfortable with springs sticking into us. It wasn’t just one mattress but a few of them. I wouldn’t book this place again. Unfortunately it was non refundable, otherwise we would have left without staying one night.
