4.0מיקום הדירה מדהים ומזכיר את הכפרים של אוסטריה, בתוך מתחם גולף ענק כאשר הכל ירוק מסביב. המטבח מאובזר, הדירה מרווחת, החצר החיצונית מצויינת.
− ניקיון !! חם נורא (בלילות היה חנוק מאוד ללא מיזוג ובלי רשתות לחלונות). סואנה יבשה במהלך כל הלילה וזה הרס במידה רבה את האווירה
