9.0A smashing self contained flat, with a working Smart TV which really suits me.
− No complaints. I mean, the lounge and kitchen takes up most of the space and the bedrooms a bit tiny, but unless you need to dance around the foot of your bed every morning you’ll be fine.

4.0− Booking.com said the reservation was not guaranteed until confirmed by host, and suggested I contact them directly. I sent 2 emails to host via Booking.com requesting conf but got no reply, so I assumed it was not booked. So I stayed elsewhere. If it had been conf, host was to meet me at the property, and as this did not happen it should be clear that the booking was not confirmed or used. Would be nice to get a refund for a booking that was never confirmed and therefore not used.

10.0In the most picturesque location, calm and quiet. Everything you need for a perfect stay . Has basic welcoming facilities such as tea coffee and toiletries
