10.0Easy to get in, located in the centre of the town but still very quiet. This place is very attention to details. Loved it. We will definitely book this place again in future if we travel to Selwyn.

10.0A lovely cosy detached townhouse in an excellent location. Clean and comfortable with all amenities provided for a short or long stay. I loved that it was dog friendly. My dog isn't a fence jumper, so the small enclosed backyard was ideal. In easy walking distance to great offlead areas and to town centre.

9.0Cosy and comfy. Easy walk into town. Very quiet peaceful property. Modern bathroom and kitchen very homely.
− A bit dusty in places. Probably just needs a good spring clean.

9.0Very clean and well maintained, kitchen well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans etc, rather than just an item or two you see in some places
− About 10-12 min walk to main streets but that was a minor issue
