A nossa estadia superou completamente as expectativas. A casa era muito confortável, bem equipada e correspondia exatamente ao anunciado. Os colchões eram excelentes, o que nos permitiu descansar muito bem, e o ar condicionado foi uma grande mais-valia. O anfitrião foi extremamente atencioso e prestável. Depois de fazermos o check-out, apercebemo-nos de que nos tínhamos esquecido das nossas escovas de dentes elétricas. Contactámo-lo e, sem qualquer problema, enviou-as pelo correio. Foi um gesto de grande simpatia e profissionalismo, que demonstra o cuidado que tem com os hóspedes.

The house was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. The circumstances I encountered immediately after arrival overshadowed everything else and resulted in me leaving after the first night.

− The property was advertised as pet friendly, but only after my non-refundable reservation was confirmed was I informed that dogs were not allowed in the bedrooms, which meant my dog had to stay on the ground floor while I was expected to sleep upstairs. There were also major roadworks and active construction directly outside and around the property, causing significant noise throughout the day. None of this was disclosed before I booked. Shortly after checking in, while unloading my car, I encountered an unknown man showering and washing himself at the outdoor tap on the private gated terrace, directly next to the front door. He was blocking the entrance to the house and, when he noticed that I was clearly uncomfortable, he laughed instead of stepping aside. The host later acknowledged that he should never have been there. As a solo female traveller, the combination of these circumstances made me feel unsafe. I spent the night on the sofa on the ground floor so I could stay close to my dog rather than using the bedroom I had booked, and I decided to leave the following morning.

Tudo a casa e espetacular muito bem aproveitado todo os espaço a disponibilidade dos proprietários foi excelente.

− Na minha opinião poderia ter uma barreira de proteção para escadas por ser mais seguro para as crianças. E também uma rede no portão do páteo. Também podia ter mais tomadas na sala e nos quartos junto há cama.
