− The beds were very comfy.

5.0It was clean, and comfortable for our stay. Easy access to where we needed to be.
− The hot water in the shower would never get hot, every other sink was hot. Why if I am paying what I paid per night am I having to strip the beds? I thought that’s the cleaning person’s job. I should not be responsible for stripping beds when I try to have a place to relax at during my time away from home. The neighborhood was nuts when I can walk out and smell the weed being smoked around somewhere, and when I see it being dealt out the back of a car a few houses down. Not the best neighborhood. Plus someone was banging on our door at 1:45 am Monday morning. I didn’t open the door nor did I answer to let it be known we were in there. Scared me and my daughter who had a panic attack.
