Location excellent so peaceful. Cottage was in excellent condition Their was a generous welcome pack, made a big difference, Fishing on the lake was good as well , hint and tips from our hosts Only 10 mins from a really good pud with great food 15 mins from Louth , for shopping, Hosts are very easy to speak to , face to face contact is very nice

Simply an amazing place that truly has it all. The cottage was very clean and cosy, with a well‑equipped kitchen. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. From the welcome pack to the cleaning products, the friendly service, and of course the beautiful outdoors — everything was spot on. I slept like a log in the comfortable bed, surrounded by peaceful nature. Hats off to the host for putting so much effort into the place and having such a great eye for detail. This is definitely a place to come back to.

It was a nice cottage. Well Equiped. Lovely plum bread

− A double bed may be okay for slender 20-somethings but for 60-somethings you need something a bit more roomy. The duvet supplied hardly covered the double bed. The £300 "security" deposit is far too much. If people staying at HelloGuest managed properties are causing so much damage, then I would urge the owners of the property to review that managment company.
