− L'odeur, très dérangeante pour un non-fumeur, et qui sature l'ensemble du logement La propreté insuffisante Le manque d'entretien des alentours L'ensemble a vieilli ( plusieurs portes/fenêtres ferment mal ou s'ouvrent mal) La table de la cuisine est une véritable verrue (cloquée)
