9.0it is in a quiet area right next to Trovanti. it is clean in the yard and it is spacious. you can hear the horses going down the street and the carts, it's like going back to your childhood at your grandparents
− the main entrance has three steps, but there is no railing, that's why my mother, who is older, could not go up alone. maybe a railing or an access ramp for the elderly or disabled would be useful. the house has a septic system and a bad smell could be felt in the house on the first night. but it disappeared by morning.
