− There was no electricity in most of the property when we arrived only one bedroom had lights, it was dark and we had to locate the fuse box which was in a cupboard outside. There was no hot water for our entire stay, you can contact only by message and no one responds right away and then after hours we got automated messages. We had one workman come on the second day, he blew the fuse box and he was there for two hours trying to fix it, and we had to eventually tell him how can you be testing the hot water when you blew the fuse box two hours ago! We came home on the last night and someone had been into the property without our permission and left the kitchen door wide open we had all our valuables in the house luckily nothing was taken but if we’d stayed out longer it would have been risky, the security gate which usually needs a PIN code was also left wide open leaving no security to the villa, we ended up leaving a day earlier than expected as it really was an awful experience. The Vacasa management company seem like automated AI, they are unreachable most of the time, our entire stay was ruined. Would highly not recommend staying here ! They sent us an email saying they’d refund one day if we didn’t leave a bad review- this is unethical practice and people should know so they don’t ruin their holiday.

We liked the layout of the house and with the doors open it was beautiful, like sitting in a tree house. It's just so peaceful. The beds were great

− It's not the owners fault but intermittent power. It was out every single day for between 20 minutes to two hours. It didn't bother us too much - it's standard in this part of the country. Lacking any cleaning supplies except dish soap. We bought our own cleansers for the counter tops etc. Stop at the BM and get supplies. They provided a one day supply of coffee, we appreciated it.

Dream house terrible hosts

COULD NOT RECOMMEND. Whilst the house itself was a dream house - 10 out of 10 - with stunning views and facilities and we were initially very excited to be staying here. However, the company hosting this place were irresponsible, unhelpful, and difficult to get hold of so wouldn’t want other travellers to experience what we did.

− Hosts were awful. We had an incident as part of our stay - the hosts were difficult to get hold, unhelpful and irresponsible. The whole experience cost us over £900-1000 extra and ruined our stay completely. Could not recommend.
