Lovely house, walking distance to beach.

− Only minor things is that the Screen door to garage needs its “automatic closer” fixed, as it slams shut behind you.

8.0We three couples really appreciated each having access to our own bathroom . The home was large and comfortable.
− The home obviously was originally very upmarket but it is now becoming tired & in need of improvements. The garden is in urgent.need of maintenance.
