9.0The location was perfect for our Zion & Bryce trip. The view of the mountains is stunning and it was wonderful to see so many stars in the night sky. The cottage is really cute & well set up.
− My sister has back problems and found the bed to be too soft. We turned on the fireplace & it got hot FAST & my partner had a hard time figuring out how to shut it off (it kept beeping) I finally thought I figured it out, but my sister got up first and said it was back on when she got up 🤷🏼♀️never used one like that & don’t know what we did wrong.

6.0The Joker of this cottage is that it is situated with the direct view to Bryce, what makes the evening hours on the front porch very contemplative. Most rooms are spaceous.
− We missed some basic things like coffefilters, sugar or sheets for the convertible couch. Thanks for the help the local motel provided - the owner was not very helpful. Some parts would need repair (doors) or exchange (rusted bathtub, matresses). It was ok for the price, but we would have paid more for a house in a better condition. Check In Infos came a bit late, when being on the road the whole day.

10.0What a delightful place to stay - the photos do not do it justice. Plenty of room; and the kitchen was very well equipped with lots of utensils; great shower; washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable bed and the night lights were really useful. Sitting on the veranda looking at the view was incredible. So pleased my husband and I found this wonderful place - sadly we were only here for one night as part of a road trip from the UK. Fantastic boat too who was really helpful and friendly.

8.0Easy access to the house via code, very convenient! House is very spacious and has character! A washing machine and dryer. All in all I would always recommend it further!
− Bed was comfortable but for some reason always woke up we with neck pain, but not sure if this was related to the bed. However, no dishwasher was available.
