Very clean, in a very good location in kelso handy for seeing all around without the car

− The living room could do with a reset of the furniture there was 6 of us sometimes 8 when other family that lives up there came to see us needing some better seating.

Location, size, cleanliness, warmth. The Christmas decorations and hospitality.

− There was not anything that we did not like. In our group’s opinion the only improvement would be a proper shower on the 2nd floor.
