10.0We spent an unforgettable week with the family in this lovely villa. Full marks for the pool and the entire pool area. The barbecue and outdoor kitchen—complete with a fridge—were functional and saw plenty of use. There was also a third shower and toilet located off the garage. The water pressure in the showers was excellent. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the upstairs terrace. Three air-source heat pumps kept the villa pleasantly cool. The residents living in the other half of the semi-detached house would stop by about once a day to tend to the roosters, chickens, and garden; otherwise, there are no nearby neighbors, so you can enjoy complete privacy. If I owned the house, I would invest a few hundred euros in basic everyday essentials—such as a decent coffee maker, kitchen knives, an electric kettle, and a hair dryer—as well as in quality mattresses. With those upgrades, this could be a 10+ villa. Highly recommended, despite these minor issues.

Traumurlaub! Die Anlage wäre ein Grund, nach Mallorca zurückzukehren!
10.0Die Anlage ist ein Urlaubstraum, für die, die im Urlaub der Alltagshektik entfliehen wollen - also für uns! Wir hatten die Anlage, in der Clique/Familie mit bis zu 6 Mitgliedern übernachten können, für uns zwei alleine - himmlisch. Pool und Poolterrasse ein Traum, Grillecke (ungenutzt) top, drei Dachterrassen (zwei ungenutzt). Ausstattung klasse, Küche tiptop, zwei Bäder, eines sehr geräumig mit neuer Dusche, das andere etwas kleiner und älter, aber auch gut. Müllentsorgung muss man selbst machen und läuft über Chipkarte für den lokalen Müllplatz, sehr gute Regelung! Wir hatten kurz und angenehmen Kontakt mit Margaretha, die täglich vorbeischaut, aber nie eingreifen musste. Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe problemlos.
− Die Lage (ca. 5 km von Campos und ca.10 km von Santinyi entfernt mitten in der Pampa) ist für Städter natürlich ungewohnt. Ohne Mietwagen kommt man da nicht hin. Die Ausschilderung zur Finca ist verbesserungswürdig - weil an der Straße nicht vorhanden; da fährt man auch gerne beim ersten Mal an der feldwegartigen Zufahrt vorbei, deshalb Navi bzw. Google-Maps dringend empfohlen. Ansonsten ist an dieser wunderschönen Anlage nichts zu beanstanden.
