Beautiful country side house for a perfect vacation
10.0Absolutely beautiful house in a gorgeous green valley. The house is located 15 min from Avrig which is a small city and 45 min from Sibiu which is the well known city of this area. The house has an amazing garden with a pool and a small children's playground, you can easily hear the river just next to the house. Within the house there is the upper floor with fully renovated rooms each with a private bathroom and a small porch overlooking the garden. The rooms are extremely clean and the linen and towels smell like a 5 star hotel. Downstairs are the common areas with a kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee machine, micro, dishwasher and more. There is also an outside grill if you want to throw a BBQ and the Lidl supermarket in Avrig has plenty of food supply. Andrei the host was very responsive and helpful, easy to communicate with. His brother house next door can also be booked if you are a big group. Perfect place for a family vacation, highly quiet and relaxing.
− The major drawback is that the cooking stove is outside the house and the sink is a bit small. For us the kitchen was nevertheless very convenient. I am sure that once it's renovated, like the rest of the house, it will be perfect.
