Nice but could easily be better.

Perfect location, lovely size, lots of extras in the property for example a golf set, surf board, salt pepper , coffee maker.

− Could do with a lick of paint and new carpet on stairs and upstairs. Also the throws was very dirty and bedding wasn’t fresh.

Great for a base to explore Cornwall but not the cleanest or most comfortable place to stay

Location, site, a large property in terms of bedrooms and it’s very affordable. Shower power was amazing

− Was a bit dirty. Sofa old and ripped. Bean bag ripped. Lots of things left behind from past guests. Blankets smelt funny. There needs to be more pans. Generally the furnishings felt very old and tired but we used it as a base so didn’t spend much time there
