7.0Fantastic location and views. The space inside suited our large group perfectly.
− Only 1 towel each, 1 bathmat and 1 hand towel between 6 people for a week with no laundry facilities. Bathroom needs retiling with tiles off the wall or falling off. A leaking ceiling in one bedroom with water dripping into a bucket and nearly half filling it.
Lovely clean, great location, beautiful views, ideal internal layout for our extended family stay.
6.0The location and close access to the beaches, many services and businesses. It was nicely clean and there was a lovely assortment of kitchenware and cooking implements available. The BBQ was great.
− Some brickwork is fatigued especially above the front door stair entry, and many tiles are just sitting no longer fixed on the verandah posts - these could fall onto someone entering the house below. Fans in the bedrooms would be helpful for summer.
Despite the leaks and mouldy smell.. it was okay.
3.0Nice house, great spot, large entertainment are
− Leaking ceiling in 2 rooms, buckets of water on floor for leaks, mouldy smell in those rooms. Having to speak with tradesman and take them to the leaks on our stay. Only being reimbursed a quarter of our booking fee. Very dismal for the impact it had on our stay. A lovely old home with great potential but needs work.

4.0Close to shops and beach
− House is in pretty bad shape tiles falling off walls cracks and water damage in the ceiling no lights in one of the bedrooms. Upstairs toilet door handle needs repair as it does not shut properly.

− Fuse box tripped a few times And there was some uncleaned parts behind bedside tables and things, but that wasn’t a big issue for us, just to let you know for other guests maybe.
