We had a beautiful, peaceful, luxurious stay at the Aalbourg Bright.
10.0The views from every room are just beautiful. Sitting on the back veranda with a cup of tea listening to birdsong as the fog lifted over the mountains was incredible. The bed was most comfortable, the bedding was excellent. The shower was wonderful. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Fruit, milk and chocolates were left for us. Good communication with the owners who lived next door but were discreet and gave us privacy.
− I liked everything. There were no knives to chop vegetables or cut bread. I brought my own Swiss Army knife. A good knife would be a good addition.
We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return one day.
9.0Beautiful accommodation with stunning views. Comfortable bed. The bath was amazing. Lovely place to spend a weekend relaxing.
− Driveway is a bit rough, but can’t be helped. Just lucky to have somewhat safe to park a car.

− Nothing. My only suggestion would be a secure shed to store bikes. We just put ours on the back verandah so out of the weather but not secure

− A wood burner/log fire would be ideal for the chilly nights when it snowed up in the mountains, even in November!
