Great Potential, Needs Maintenance

The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The pool is fantastic—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The outdoor kitchen is a real highlight, especially for group meals and evenings spent outside. The property itself is very spacious, with plenty of rooms to comfortably accommodate a large group. We also appreciated having several fridges, which made storing food and drinks very convenient. The only downside was the lack of a dishwasher. For larger groups, washing dishes by hand after every meal can be quite time-consuming. Adding a dishwasher would make this place almost perfect.

− While the property has many positive aspects, there are a few issues that should be addressed. The biggest concern is safety. Some electrical outlets come loose from the wall, leaving wires exposed, which is a potential hazard and should be repaired as soon as possible. The showers are quite worn and could benefit from maintenance or replacement. The coffee machines also did not work very well, making it difficult to prepare coffee. Additionally, the washing machine was not functioning during our stay, which was inconvenient, especially for longer visits. We also noticed mice on the outdoor terrace. Given that the property is surrounded by nature, this is somewhat understandable, but guests should avoid leaving food outside to prevent attracting them. With some maintenance and repairs, this could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

I really loved the area where the little cottages are located. The nature and the view are absolutely beautiful, and the sound of the river nearby is so calming and lovely. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind! 🌿💚
