Perfect position , almost perfect flat.

Very homely, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge. Freezer. Microwave and washer dryer. Comfortable beds and large room. Excellent location, minutes from town, beach , rail and bus station..parking space great bonus.

− It says 2 bathrooms but it's one and a separate toilet which is misleading. Also on the 2nd floor which wasn't mentioned. We were ok but others might not be. Settee needs replacing, very low and needs more padding. No hand towel in toilet.

An ideal spot for exploring and a comfortable stay

The property was spacious and well presented. All the rooms were huge and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, pots and pans, cutlery etc. There was an eclectic mix of furniture which we enjoyed and a nice little area to sit and read and watch the world go by. The sea front was a short walk down the road and we were close to the shops. The parking space that comes with the flat is very convenient and makes life easier when lugging the cases up and down. There was plenty of room in the flat for four people/family of four and with only two of us it was huge. We loved staying there and travelling to other local spots of interest, National Trust walks and properties, towns, beaches was very easy.

− The property is on the second floor, so just be aware there are some stairs to get up there. It wasn’t a problem for us, but could be if you have mobility issues.

Lovely layout, clean, well maintained accomodatation.

− Not accomodatating for me to park early but ended up paying to park nearby so no major probkem. The biggest issue is that the bath looks nice but is not fully secured to the floor and moves and rocks when touched, so initially was unsure if it was plumbed in to water and drainage system, so did not use it. Also thinking about the depth of bath imagine when full potentially quite dangerous if you slipped down into it, seems too deep a shape. Consider it would be dangerous for children to use.

Lovely apartment and location would of booked again if it wasn’t for neighbour

Good location, clean, nice bedding and towels, child friendly.

− Four flights of stairs to apartment. Rude neighbour below apartment how came and complained about noise, when it was just my two year old running round in the afternoon like toddles do! This then spoilt my stay as I felt like we needed to tip toe about.
