− Radiators were on full blast on arrival! This is the only negative which was easily addressed!
We had a great Christmas here with the whole family!
8.0This house is wonderfully located, it's a very small walk to the beach over the sand dunes. There are also two locations not too far away for restaurants and bars if eating out.
− The house was a little run down but served it's purpose very well!
Huge house great for a family get together
9.0The house is huge and beautiful, and very clean.The host had put Xmas decorations up, which made us feel extra welcomed. There were lots of homely touches all over, including a well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and soft furnishings. A great tv in the living room with a sky box, a lovely separate formal dining room...I could go on. The location is also great, minutes from the beach and a short walk to the metro station to go into Liverpool centre. Lots of other amenities also a moderate walk away.
− The house is a bit tired, so maybe not for those expecting very modern, ultra polished accomodation. This was not a problem for us as we loved the comfortable, lived in feel. There are also only two bathrooms, which could be an issue for larger groups.
