− This is a bad stay due to the hotel owner's indifference towards customer experience. Despite checking in late at night, she kept complaining about various issues - from the incorrect room type and price to criticizing Booking.com. She lamented about her hard work not paying off due to B.com's pricing error and asked me to handle the matter with B.com myself. It appeared she was having a bad day and took it out on me, but why should I bear the brunt of her frustrations? After all, I had booked the hotel one day in advance. Shouldn't she have noticed the incorrect room and price earlier? Furthermore, she suggested me to cancel my booking and pay offline to save her the commission, which I found unethical. This is my first negative feedback on B.com. Even though the the male owner is quite nice and he's willing to accommodate me despite the pricing and room discrepancies, my holiday spirit was completely ruined. I stayed the night and left early morning the next day. Doesn't even want to have breakfast to meet the owners again. I hope the hotel owner will improve how they treat their customers. Hotel is service industry. For travelers, it's not solely about money or room types; it's the overall experience that truly matters.

10.0Well, it’s an amazing stay. we’ve been treated with care and such a wonderful people to run this house 🤩🤩 we would recommend our friends to have such a wonderful stay. And the location and design of the house make you feel like you live in 100% nature. personally I feel honored staying in their house.

10.0The hotel has everything that one expects to find! We stayed for 4 days, even just in the hotel, there is so much to do, you would never feel bored. The place is cozy and beautiful, the wooden structure feels exotic. Staff is kind and helpful. The location itself is close to many famous attractions, pretty convenient. We definitely will come visit again next time!
− The same as many small places, buying thing aren't available most of the time. Although there is a small convenient store around and the owner helped us a lot in getting things we need. So I suggest to bring certain necessary things with you.

10.0We liked our stay in the cozy wooden cabin, felt great connection to nature. Location is nice with good views, you have plenty of things to do in the hotel as well. Great welcoming host to talk to, have tea together. Weekdays are super quiet. If the host has free time, you can ask him to guide a hike with some history about Moganshan and the path is not touristic. We loved coffee and simple but fresh breakfast. Confirmation of your stay and time by phone in advance is advisable
