Lovely, cozy house in a great location with good communicative hosts
9.0The location was ideal for a Christmas stay - we went for big walks in the grounds and by the lake each day which was lovely. The house was decorated for Christmas and felt very cosy, every room had what we needed. We particuarly loved the view over the grounds and the little stream. We struggled to access the Wi-Fi at first and our host came over on Christmas Eve to help to troubleshoot which was really appreciated, especially given the timing.
− One small thing which I passed on to the property (sharper knives for cooking group meals), otherwise no complaints.

9.0Beautiful location. Big, roomy house. Lovely bedrooms and ensuite facilities. Great to have a hot tub and ample garden space.
− Was broken glass on back step on arrival which we had to sweep up. Lacked certain utensils in the kitchen like corkscrew, oven glove, scissors, baking trays (only 2) Outdoor furniture would benefit from having cushions for comfort..
