The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family. The garden was ideal as we had our dog with us, she loved her zoomies !!

− The whole bungalow needs a make over, it looked worn. The photos on the site look nothing like the actual rooms, these were definitely ' dressed ' for the photo shoot. Kitchen was lacking in simple accessories, 3 forks for a family of 4 ( the location has 3 double beds so if there were 6 of you eating - you're going to have a problem!! ) Not enough pans etc...we ended up buying our own and bringing them home ( not an expected extra expense we wanted over Xmas ) The toaster did not work properly. No tea and coffee as stated. No coffee machine as stated. No tea towel. Although prior to our visit we were advised to wash up....when I called to check I was advised to use kitchen towel provided ( not even a full roll ). The showers did not work properly - the water was either boiling hot or cold....we had to jump in and out of the water stream to wash! Not ideal or safe!!! 2 out of 3 of the double beds were very uncomfortable, I guess that's a personal thing. I felt they were rock hard. Not enough pillows, 2 for a double bed, I'd have expected at least 4. The lounge seat in the living room was not useable, I'm not sure what had been on there. The sofa was certainly worn, not very comfortable for relaxing. My daughter and I had to clean the bathroom and kitchen as we arrived, which as you can imagine was not great after we'd travelled from the north and were tired upon our arrival. Flooring was clearly not laid correctly, gaps were covered up by rugs. The bedroom extended off the garage was draughty, making it uncomfortably cold for our son. On top of all of the above I was extremely disappointed and surprised that the host had not made any effort to decorate for Xmas.

The location was quiet and the beds were spotless and very comfortable, it was spacious and just right for 5 adults. There was an issue with getting a extra bed, but it dealt very quickly and the ppl I dealt with very friendly and helpful. Would recommend, great value for money.
