− יש לחות גבוהה ולכן היה קצת קר, המים במקלחת זרמו חלש והיה קשה לשלוט בזרם המים ובטמפרטורה, היתה נזילה מהברז במטבח על הכיור וקצת נמלים בכניסה לבית וליד המטבח.

5.0Lage und Garten sehr wunderschöne, Besitzer haben sich immer gemeldet und waren sehr hilfsbereit, haben auch alles gemacht, was versprochen wurde.
− Schimmel in Hauptbereich, dadurch auch sehr schlechter Geruch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu sehr parfümiert, damit man Schimmel nicht merkt. Sehr großer Schimmel überall an den Wänden, obwohl, es einfach zu beseitigen war, Reinigungspersonal wollte es anscheinend nicht, ich habe es mit Leichtigkeit gewischt. Ich weiß nicht wer Schuld hat, Besitzer oder Reinigungskraft. Das Haus ist super, aber es wird zu wenig Arbeit dafür eingesetzt.
