− This is a dangerous accommodation if you are traveling with small children.** In a previous review, many problems with the property were listed. Before our trip, we specifically asked if these had been fixed, and we were told that they had been. However, when we arrived, we saw that nothing had been repaired. The property is located on a cliff, and the railing is so unstable that even a small child could easily push it over. By the stairs leading to the pool, a plank is missing from the fence horizontally, leaving a dangerous gap where someone could easily fall through. Almost every terrace door lock is broken and does not work; some terrace doors do not even have locks at all, which means it is impossible to lock them, and the doors remain constantly open! The pool was dirty and moldy. Many room floors were dirty, torn, and poorly maintained. Strong sewer odors came from the toilets. One of the kitchen cabinets was falling apart, and the drawers were damaged. In addition, there used to be a photo showing a large room with a billiard table, but on site the host later admitted that it was not part of the house at all, but located in a neighboring bar. This place is neglected, poorly maintained, and a huge disappointment – much worse than what you see in the pictures. DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS – THEY DO NOT SHOW REALITY!

Pogled sa terase je lijep, sobe su prostrane, posteljina čista.

− Slike na bookingu nisu vjerodostojne zatečenom stanju kuće. Kuća je bila prljava (podovi, kuhinjski elementi, kuhinjski aparati, daske za rezanje, perilica ). Posebno bih naglasila izgled bazena i terase, nedovršeno bez pločica, stijenke bazena crne, tuš koji ne radi, voda koja se zadržava na cijeloj terasi, pa ležaljke leže stalno u vodi. Nesigurnost kuće: drvena ograda prema provaliji koja se klima i samo što ne ispadne, tijekom kiše voda curi po električnim instalacijama frižidera, struje i kuhinjskim elementima na vanjskoj terasi. Klizna balkonska vrata koja se ne mogu zatvoriti, tuš koji ispada iz zida prilikom tuširanja, kvake ispadaju iz vrata (jedno dijete ostalo je samo zatvoreno na 2 katu kuće), štokovi vrata koji ispadaju, podovi od linoleuma poderani, poplave u kupaonicama nakon kratkog tuširanja, smrad fekalija iz toaleta... Osoba koje čisti i koja nam je otvorila kuću ne priča hrvatski niti engleski, samo albanski- nemoguća komunikacija. Jedina način je bio putem poruka preko bookinga i to na norveškom jeziku?!? Kada smo htjeli nazvati broj koji je naveden javljala se govorna pošta. Bilo nas je velika grupa prijatelja te nismo odustali od smještaja jer nismo uspjeli naći drugi u blizini za sve nas. Okolne kuće su toliko postavljene jedna na drugu da ne postoji ni trunka privatnosti. Stalno vas netko gleda. Prvi put sam doživjela ovakvo veliko razočaranje i stvarno ne želim nikome ovo iskustvo jer umjesto odmora imali smo samo stres.

The villa is very spacious and modern, with incredible view and a restaurant just next door. 1. Space. The villa is divided in 6 flats, each has a balcony with amazing view. 2 flats have a double bed + sofa; 4 flats have two bedrooms with double bed each + sofa. The villa is very spacious, the kitchens are large and well equipped and there are many fridges! It's perfect for parties of for groups of friends travelling together as the flats can provide some privacy while common spaces are there for spending time together. 2. View. The view is stunning, pool and terrace are amazing. We were encouraged to play music and the neighbours were very friendly and nice. The house has 2 large speakers. 3. Restaurant. I read in reviews that the restaurant is a pizzeria, but they also have grilles meat and fish! Food was absolutely delicious, very cheap and they would also deliver food to our party in actual plates (felt more like catering rather than takeaway!!). Super delicious! Highly recommend! 4. Beach. The beach is lovely, there's a restaurant and paddle board/kayak rental. There's natural shade from trees. 5. Ubers. Unfortunately Ubers don't come. We were planning to use ubers to go to Omis and to rafting, but there are just 4 uber drivers in the area so they show no interest in going out of their way. 6. Hosts. We were welcomed very warmly and were provided with everything we need. The family lives next door so we could easily speak to them if anything was needed.
