Vista magnifica del golfo dei poeti, posizione ottima e monolocale con tutto l’essenziale.
8.0Posizione davanti al porto e nel pieno centro vicino a tutto. A 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia
− Per fortuna di sera con ventilatore e finestre aperte si stava abbastanza bene, ma con queste ondate di calore continue sarebbe consigliato un piccolo condizionatore.

8.0We lived the location and the view. The apartment is right on the port with outstanding views. The apartment is small but well organized.
− There are extremely steep stairs to go up the apartment, almost dangerous. The shower door was damaged and there were no hooks anywhere to hand towels.

− Per me tutto perfetto, tuttavia segnalo che la scala per raggiungere l'appartamento è molto, molto ripida, praticamente verticale. Chi avesse problemi motori, anche lievi, non riuscirebbe a raggiungerlo.
Perfect location, cozy apartment!
10.0The apartment is very cozy and in the perfect location! The balcony is the perl! You can have breakfast or wine in the evenings sitting there and watching boats, ferrys, listen to seagulls and waves. It has many nice restaurants around and groceries. The ferry to 5Terre you can see from the balcony. The beutiful castle of Lerici with the stunning views is few steps from apartm. There are few beaches near. We loved everything there!
− It has anything to do with the property, but in Lerici you can’t park anywhere. Parking lits are only for residents. You can park between towns in special parking for 2.5€/h or 39€/d, but as we stayed for 6 days is too much. So we found free parking space near Eco del Mare, and went there and back by bus. It is about 7min.
A very pleasant stay in Lerici
9.0Very conveniently located right at the town centre and a wonderful waterfront view from the balcony. Beaches and restaurants are super accessible within minutes of walking. Great communication and very friendly owner. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there despite the sofa bed arrangement.
