− No private parking is available at the accommodation. And it is hard to find parking at times with ongoing construction around.

10.0Didier, de gastheer ontving ons met open armen. Wij logeerden er met 8 personen. De accomodatie is rustig gelegen en toch zijn de winkels dichtbij, het centrum van Luik op wandelafstand. Het huis heeft o.a.ruime kamers, 2 grote badkamers met bad en douche en een keuken waar alles aanwezig is. Een aanrader!
Perfect base to see liege and the surrounding areas, didier our host was extremely helpful!

Hidden costs, broken heating system.
1.0The house is nicely decorated and clean. It is an old house but have a good vibe. A nice shopping mall is very close by.
− - The top floor heating system was broken. The owner helped to fixed it. It worked one night but broken again next day. - In the house rules, it says that pets are allowed with no extra charge. But owner charged us 15 EUR for our dog. - In the house rules, the deposit is mentioned as 300 EUR. But we were asked to pay 500 EUR. - We paid extra 120 EUR as energy cost. This isn't mentioned in the property description or house rules. - It takes 20 minutes to reach to the city centre. That's also stated in the description of the property. But don't expect anything from the neighbourhood then the shopping mall. No decent restaurants, cafes etc.
