10.0very friendly, helpful and professional host. communication with host Phil was excellent.
− we had enough bed and space to sleep. however we tried to use the sofa bed. but couldn't open it. instruction and information was give in the book but we still couldn't open the sofa bed.

Great venue near town centre.
9.0Accurate and helpful check-in information provided in plenty of time. A comprehensive visitor welcome pack, and tea, coffee and fresh milk provided. Secure bike storage available in the garden shed, the garden being easily accessed and not visible from the streets. 3 keys for access very helpful for a larger group. Clean and tidy throughout and everything worked properly. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. About 5 minutes walk from the centre of town, with a couple of pubs closer than that. Plenty of seating and tables in the garden.
− No dishwasher. It was fine weather so we could eat outside..it would have been a bit cramped for 5 of us to eat inside.
