9.0Ideal für ein Paar. Außergewöhnliche Einrichtung. Äußerst freundlicher und hilfreicher Vermieter. Aussendusche vom Nachbarhaus durfte benutzt werden. Ideal für Ausflüge an die Westseite. Gut sortierter Supermarkt in Capelas (Continente). Danke, Ricardo.
− Küche eignet sich nicht wirklich zum Kochen. Zum Duschen müsste das Bad ausgeräumt werden. Ricardo gab uns die Möglichkeit, im Nachbarhaus zu duschen.

10.0Líbilo se nám nad očekávání. Majitel byl velice milý, pozorný a nápomocný. Uvítal nás v pozdní večerní hodině, všechno nám hned ukázal, poradil, doporučil. Dům byl čistý, společné kuchyň a jídelna byly světlé, pokoje na spaní naopak tmavší. Pro naše potřeby plně zařízený. Výhled z okna byl super, terasu jsme bohužel kvůli počasí nevyužili, ale věřím, že posezení venku musí být moc fajn. Bazén jsme také bohužel nevyužili, ale byl dostatečně velký, se slanou vodou, nad útesy Atlantiku.

8.0Posto bellissimo e tranquillo. Ricardo è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Il fatto di poter disporre della piscina e altri servizi esterni è stato molto utile. Capelas è molto comodo per visitare tutta l'isola e la vista sull'oceano è incredibile. Casa arredata con gusto.
− L'uso della nostra casa (il mulino) si è rivelato piuttosto complicato. Se il luogo ha un grande fascino, ha però degli aspetti negativi legati ai limiti del mulino. In particolare spazi piccoli, camera al secondo piano con accesso su scala non sempre agevole, bagno da nave (abbiamo preferito fare la doccia all'esterno per il pochissimo spazio), cucina che non consentiva di cucinare se non il minimo indispensabile. Credo ci siano un po' di migliorie da fare. Altro piccolo neo: il cancello che non ha l'apertura a distanza.
Magnifique séjour
10.0L’hospitalité de Ricardo est juste incroyable. Il est très attentionné et arrangeant. Tout est très soigné dans ses logements. Son emplacement est exceptionnel au bord direct de la mer avec vue sur la trompe de l’éléphant. Pour parcourir l’île l’endroit est parfaitement placé et en plus à quelques mètres il y a une superbe piscine naturelle pour se baigner et un petit bar local très convivial. Il fait bon vivre à Capelas ! Merci mille fois Ricardo pour ce séjour magnifique.
− La salle d’eau petite dans le moulin mais il y a une douche fermée à l’extérieur si jamais
