Bellissimo appartamento con vista mare. Il giardino è molto curato ma non accessibile, non è comunque un problema perché gli spazi esterni sono più che sufficienti. Tutto molto pulito e particolarmente curato. Consiglio!

− Credo non sia adatto a persone con difficoltà motorie perché c'è una stradina in salita ( 20 mt) e poi scalini per accedere alla struttura.

Punta Speranza is an amazing place to stay in Nebida! The sea view is absolutely breathtaking, and the house is beautifully maintained. Davide is a fantastic host - friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help ❤️ We especially loved the shaded terrace with its stunning sea view, the barbecue, and the washing machine, which was very convenient. The private sun terrace is another highlight - you can relax and sunbathe in complete privacy thanks to the peaceful location. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the garden is beautiful, and it is obvious that the hosts take great pride in caring for the property. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended! 😍

Wir hatten das Glück, dass die FeWo im ersten Stock des Hauses nicht vermietet war, dadurch hatten wir das ganze Haus für uns allein. Schöner Blick inkl. Sonnenuntergang.

− Mit dem Auto kommt man nicht ganz an das Grundstück heran. Da das Gelände terrassenartig ist, müssen einige Stufenmeter zurückgelegt werden. Man sollte sich am Hundegebell aus dem Ort "Nebida" nicht stören. Die Sauberkeit in der FeWo fiel im Vergleich zu unseren anderen Unterkünften auf Sardinien etwas ab.

Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Küste von Nebida. Davide ist ein sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es originelle Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch geblieben.
