8.0The villa is situated in a peaceful street with plenty of parking across the street. It has nice roof terrace with sun umbrella and two sets of seating depending whether you prefer sun or shade. It has 3 bedrooms. Two in the upper floor with enclosed bathrooms and A/C. The third one is below the street floor, has no A/C and very small windows - it is hot and uncomfortable. Ground floor has fully equiped kitchen, sofas and table with chairs. It has A/C so one of us ended sleeping there. Outside is a very small pool and electric grill. Basically it is a nice villa which is poorly maintained (no perlator on kitchen faucet, cheap shower heads, dirty stovetop and grill) and definitely not worth the price.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
