7.0Localização muito boa, muito recurso de fácil acesso dentro da casa, estacionamento bom, casa bem cuidada.
− A casa tem o padrão antigo, sofremos um pouco para dormir, mesmo com dois ventiladores. A piscina fica suja do dia pra noite por conta de uma árvore que tem ao lado. A casa tem muita escada, isso atrapalha um pouco para se locomover.

− Apenas a ponto de melhoria, o deck da piscina esta precisando de manutenção, assim como o campinho, nada que estrague a estadia. Apenas por melhoria mesmo.
