Facilities and cleaning works need to improve.
6.0-Water heaters in the two bathroom were not functioning after taking one time bathing. -Dust found everywhere. -The sofa sets were too old and leather damaged badly. - Bathrooms without toilet papers. - The car porch is too short and narrow, unable to accommodate cars like SUV or MPB type of cars, as this homestay is a low cost unit.

Overall it is a nice and comfortable place for a short stay for business or emergency matters. S
9.0The location is very near Hospital Banting and the town centre. The house is clean and comfortable. There’s microwave and kettle in the kitchen and aircon in every bedroom. Wifi was provided too. Very good for a short stay.
− Parking space was tight for just one big car but we made it work. No stove, very few plates and no cutleries so guests with big groups have to bring their own plates and cutleries.
