− Distance from room to restaurant is far so they need to keep Aquila EV or some cycles for the guest

4.0The room and lawn areas were well-maintained and pleasant, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
− The distance between areas is quite long, and the staff response was slow. No one received our calls at the reception, which was inconvenient. Overall, there’s room for improvement in service.
Lovely property and location. Perfect for trekking or weekend breaks.
6.0The Polynesian themed touches are lovely and the rooms are very spacious and well laid out.
− The restaurant area and food preparation was nice but the options were limited due to the resort’s new year eve preparations. We felt pressured to attend the celebrations instead of leaving the option with the guests.

Serene with delicious food
8.0True to it's name the decor is inspired by Polynesian motifs right from the decorative pieces, lamps, wardrobes, beams to the humanoid figures near the restaurant. Each cottage is named after an island in Polynesia. The rooms are spacious & thoughtfully planned. The recreation center is well equipped. Plenty of open space in the property to walk about. Would have been an added bonus if there were cycles on the property. We enjoyed the walk (organized by the management) to the river in the evening. Sitanshu is a lovely host, always smiling and chatting. His caring nature made our stay pleasant. A big thank you to Dutta for his attentive and kind service. The biggest highlight of Tiki Farms is the food - absolutely delicious! Every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. A big shout out to the chef Bappadutta for guiding us through the menu of the day and cooking some absolutely delightful and stunning meals. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely love to visit again.
− Rooms need to be cleaned a little more thoroughly. There were cobwebs underneath the shelves. Rooms are not soundproof. The TV sound in the adjacent cottage is quite audible. The food service is a bit slow and restaurant staff get confused when there is a spike in orders. We would have loved a double bed instead of joined twin beds.
