3.0Not a lot really on booking.com it shows main caravan with hot tub we didn’t have a hot tub. I received a caravan with peeling plastic coming off the telly stand. we tried to close the curtains but the curtains kept coming off the rail. Unfortunately, we tried our best after doing all man of Coniston hike when we got back to the caravan we weren’t even able to put the heating on. We thought about ringing the owners but decided not to (my mistake) should have rang them and sorted it out. We ended up with very mild showers the next morning overall the state was not very good and not worth the money that we paid.
Relaxing stay in beautiful property with breathtaking views of local area.
10.0Beautiful location, quiet and picturesque. Well appointed with everything required for a very comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean.
− Nothing.
New Year Break
8.0Communication from the owners was brilliant; despite us declining the offer of pre heating the hot tub prior to our arrival, they did so as we didn't arrive while early evening. Location was very quiet and calming, which was definitely needed after the Christmas period and 3 young children. The children loved it here also, plenty of games which we all enjoyed together. Lots of lovely walks and places to see. Dog friendly which was also a bonus! Will definitely be back in the future. Thank you 😊
− My only dislike was the travel cot provided wasnt clean, however I would put that down to the people who used it prior to us and it being missed by house keeping. Genuinely a lovely, cosy and peaceful stay!
