Great place but parking put a downer on the week.

− Parking is a nightmare. Pay £41 to park for a week when you go out for the day you can't get parked when you return..
Would reccomend for a Kendal town break.

10.0Really good location, very central but still very quiet. Shops and pubs litterally a couple of minutes walk away. Good information from the agents re: parking. Dowers lane car park is just around the corner and very reasonable, only 21 pounds for a 3 day pass. The apartment is very spacious and really well equipped. Loved having 2 bathrooms and the laundry room are a really bonus.

8.0Beautiful spacious apartment. Great location, very central.
− Would have appreciated a little warning about the one way system in kendal and the name of the car park which is conveniently opposite the apartment entrance - Dowker Lane car park (but has to be entered at the opposite end), the next closest SDLC multi storey car park. A little moan but we loved the apartment!

10.0Very quiet area we thought it would be noisy with the Wine Bar next door but didn't hear a thing! Central location all amenities in walking distance apartment was very clean & furnished to a high standard would definitely recommend
− The Double bed the mattress was not comfortable at all so did not sleep very well

8.0Liked the location of the property, it is within walking distance of the station, and the overall standard of the property. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped and maintained.
− The shower tray in the main bathroom was slippy. A non- slip mat would have been useful.
