− I have confirmed my check in time 3-4pm. On that day 12.48 pm, the host informed me the house cleaning will only done by 4.00pm. I was not happy with the last minute cleaning. Keep on changing the key box pin number for twice. I request for how to operate the TV set and tv box. She told me to study my own how to operate her TV. She told me she didn't know. So ridiculous.
