Semua bilik dilengkapi kipas dan penghawa dingin. Soket juga mencukupi di semua ruang. Kelengkapan dapur juga hampir sempurna. Keadaan rumah bersih cuma lantai sedikit licin bermungkinan akibat dari kesan sabun mop lantai. Walaubagaimanapun keseluruhannya memuaskan.. Lokasi bagus.

− Hanya sabun mandi sahaja yang disediakan dan hampir habis isinya. Adalah lebih menarik jika disediakan sabun mandi cecair, sabun cuci tangan dan shampoo.

Rumah selesa

− Owner cerewet, bau rokok pun tak boleh, tolak deposit RM20 sebab nak beli pewangi. Takde pulak dalam rumah signboard larangan merokok. Bekas sabun mandi besar tapi dalam bekas nya dah nak habis. Penapis air coway rosak mcm dah lama tak servis dan nampak kotor.
