Beautiful, clean and spacious accommodation. It easily accommodated all 7 of us and the BBQ allowed for a delicious home cooked meal

− Some things were missing that we expected such as soap and shampoo, tea and coffee

Chỗ nghỉ có nội thất rất tốt, có đồ bếp và các đồ vật dụng gia đình , rất phù hợp với việc nghỉ dưỡng và hội họp gia đình cùng nhau .

− Chỉ có máy lạnh phòng khách. Nhín mình đi vào lúc hè nóng, ngũ rất nóng ở các phòng ngũ còn lại . Máy lạnh không đủ công suất cho toàn nhà mát.

− We stayed here for a few nights in December with a large family group. We’re not usually ones to complain, however unfortunately our stay was impacted by an ongoing issue with an extremely pungent unpleasant fishy smell in the whole property. We could not believe how bad and pervasive it was. Staff were reasonably responsive and arranged for a cleaner to attend promptly. He did what he could, however the issue wasn’t able to be resolved during our stay. Interestingly the cleaner also mentioned that this was not the first time the problem had occurred. Unfortunately, no alternative accommodation could be arranged at the last moment and no compensation was offered. This greatly impacted our stay as the source of the smell, the fridge and freezer, were completely unusable. Another more minor thing to be aware of is that tea/coffee facilities are not provided. Unfortunately our experience fell very short of expectations. We would not recommend this property to anyone.

The location is close to other attractions.

− We didn't have WiFi during the entire period of our stay despite multiple requests. The property is managed by an agent, and they were not responsive. Each time I called them, the agent kept saying they were busy and kept asking me to email them about the issue, but they didn't respond at all. The hot water didn't work at night time, so most of us had to shower in cold water or had to boil water using the kettle for our shower. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the duration of our stay. The lock in the toilet door didn't work properly. No dishwahing liquid to clean the dishes so we had to buy our own. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience at this place.

− 1 dining chair needs legs to be tightened. Would be good to have a shower caddy to hold soap.

Quiet spot, close to metung and the Gippsland lakes. Good for families
