Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung in bester Lage
10.0Sehr nette Kommunikation. Wir kamen mit dem Rad und wurden sehr freundlich von Luca begrüßt. Er zeigte uns die Wohnung, erklärte alles Wesentliche und gab uns viele Tipps für unseren Venedigbesuch. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Bushaltestelle bzw. die Tram ist nicht weit entfernt und man ist in 15 Minuten in Venedig.

10.0We had a wonderful stay! The free parking was a great bonus, and the villa is in a convenient location with easy access to a direct bus to Venice. Luca was an exceptionally kind and welcoming host. Thank you for the great hospitality! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place.
Perfekte Unterkunft außerhalb Venedigs
10.0Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Casa Lunia und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig und sauber. Direkt hinter dem Haus gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten, was sehr praktisch ist. Im Nachbarhaus waren weitere Gäste untergebracht, dennoch war es angenehm ruhig und wir konnten hervorragend schlafen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Gastgeber Luca. Er war stets präsent, immer ansprechbar und hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen hat er sofort geholfen und uns außerdem wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und die Umgebung gegeben. Da wir mit unserer kleinen Tochter gereist sind, waren wir sehr dankbar für die familienfreundliche Ausstattung. Ein Babybett (rollbar), ein Hochstuhl und extra Teller standen bereit. Als zusätzliche Sicherheitsmaßnahme hat Luca sogar extra ein Treppenschutzgitter (Hauck) besorgt, das wir oben an der Treppe anbringen konnten – ein wirklich außergewöhnlicher Service! Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, Hygieneartikel (Shampoo beim oberen Bad) waren vorhanden und dank der Klimaanlage im oberen sowie unteren Bereich des Hauses war der Aufenthalt auch an warmen Tagen sehr angenehm. Unser Tipp: Für Fahrten in die Stadt empfehlen wir die Tram. Sie ist klimatisiert und eine entspannte Alternative zum Bus. Ein Besuch des Marktes in Mestre bietet sich immer Mittwochs an - dieser liegt genau auf dem Weg zur Tram. Vielen Dank, Luca, für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Jederzeit wieder. Für Radreisen sehr geeignet
10.0Die Unterkunft war in Mestre sehr schön gelegen. Das Haus ist ideal für Radreisen geeignet. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Luca ist unbeschreiblich. Insbesondere als ich in Venedig komplett bestohlen wurde, zeigte sich die selbstlose Seite von Luca und seiner Frau. Ich denke, das findet man heute so nur noch sehr selten. Luca ganz herzlichen Dank für Deine Hilfe.
