Location

− The property itself was not well kept, not meant maintained, and not very clean. I’m confident at some point. The photos were taken the house within that condition, but upon walking in it was clear that the house was not in the same shape.. as the photos displayed. The temperature when we walked into the house with 51° the heat had been off and when we tried to turn the heat on, it would not turn on downstairs in this old historic home. With two elderly yes, as a part of our party, it was not feasible to be in a home that was not heated properly.

Peach Palace was a perfect place for our family to stay while in town for a family wedding. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs porch with the large swing was lovely.

− There were a few items that would have made the kitchen a bit more efficient/convenient for cooking for a group. We passed on our suggestions to the management company.

The house is beautiful.

− The a/c was not working properly and we were told they knew it needed servicing. We were on the phone with them and they could not provide any assistance with getting the problem resolved. Due to young children and elderly in a party we had to vacate the premises. We were only there 90 minutes and did not mess up anything and requested a full refund. It was 83 degrees at 9pm in the house with out side temperature of 91 degrees. The next day the outside temperature was 104 degrees, there is no way the house would have been tolerable. I have contacted booking.com and still this problem is not resolved

Everything was amazing with our stay at the Pretty Peach Palace. Communication before was clear and informative. We arrived and the house was so clean and welcoming! I have stayed at many Air B&B's and this was by far the cleanest and taken care of one I have stayed at! There are plenty of beds and bathrooms. My daughter was playing a soccer tournament she had her own bathroom to clean up after games! It was easy to get anywhere in town. The hosts were very pleasant and welcoming! We will definitely stay here again should we be back in Mobile overnight! Highly recommend!
