1.0If I could give minus stars I would! DO NOT STAY HERE! Property stank of damp and mould. Bathroom was full of mould and soaked all over! Floors were visibly not swept or clean. Spider webs all over property and under bed. Visible mould all over bathroom - when we entered walls, floor, shower curtain were all wet. Toilet paper was wet. Appeared their cleaner went in for a shower rather than to clean. Black hairs in the bed. Property was freezing even though we had to provide check in time - why couldn’t they go in and turn the heating on before we got there?
− We checked out after 24hours! as my partners asthma was triggered. There was so much mould. Owners were rude, they said we placed and made the mess - it’s impossible for us to put mould in the bathroom or spider webs over night! They ignored our complaints and refused to refund the rest of our stay. Booking.com customer service was useless. We had an itinerary to follow and so didn’t report this until the morning after we checked in and the property are trying to claim that we made the mess. Like I said- mould takes ages to grow, especially at this volume! This property is a health and safety risk! The amount of mould was horrific. The smell was revolting. The cutlery was dirty, everything was dirty. I wish I could add more images and photos. There is no where to sit outside. No where to park.
