Nice house on the golf course, very comfortable.
10.0Very nice location with a back patio and an awesome view. A very spacious house. Very clean inside.
− Not really a dislike but the exterior of the house needs some maintenance, I swept the cobwebs off the back of the house and cleaned the filter in the bedroom AC, it really needed it, and it cooled down a lot more.
Great location, nicely appointed space. The management company, VRC, were very helpful.
9.0Fantastic location, with a million dollar view from the patio. The condo was very spacious, and nicely decorated in a Western style. I found out from a neighbor that the Owner was a retired Texas ranger, so there are some fabulous vintage photos from that era in the space. There is a beautiful big apple tree on the back patio that provides nice shade, and the local deer like to feed from. So you get free wildlife sightings from your patio. The grill on the patio was also nice to use.
− The pots in the kitchen could use an upgrade. Recommend non-teflon ones.
