Апартаменты красивые и просторные, со вкусом и комфортом, есть всё необходимое и плюс приятные мелочи, всё идеально продумано. Но в комнату надо карабкаться по множеству ступенек, что мне совсем не подошло и в описании об этом ничего не было сказано. Но администратор пошёл нам на встречу и мы смогли договориться.

Fantastische accomodatie , had wat problemen en een ongeluk gehad . Personeel was zeer behulpzaam . Het voelde heel huiselijk , de accomodatie was ruim . En voelde als een huisje. Uitzicht was fantastisch .

− De ligging en de sfeer , voor mij perfecte locatie voor mij. Precies tussen de plekken waar ik graag heel wilde . Beneden gelijk zitten prachtige beach clubs waar je heerlijk een drankje kan drinken

The place was amazing. Very private. Moved out of a luxury villa to this place where I immediately feld a lot better.

− Unfortunately the neighbors next to my bungalow were burning plastic 24 hours a day. Couldn't even turn on the air-conditioning. Without the whole room smelling like burning plastic.

− We stayed in this house for 6 nights. During our one-month trip in Thailand, we stayed in several different accommodations booked through Booking, and this was our final stay in Koh Phangan. We were generally familiar with the presence of lizards in Thailand, but we had never experienced a situation as intense as this one. Lizards were entering the house through gaps around the windows and doors. Even when the doors and windows were kept closed, the structure of the house allowed them to get inside through these openings. On one occasion, we even found two lizards in a cup of sweet tea that had been left in the kitchen. We informed the host about the issue, and he was understanding and tried to help. However, overall, our stay in Koh Phangan was marked by a sense of anxiety during the nights because of this problem. That being said, I would also like to add that the house itself was truly beautiful, especially the balcony and the view, which were both very enjoyable

Всё очень понравилось! Прекрасные домики: чисто, аккуратно. Отличная локация — рядом много ресторанов, большой 7-Eleven на углу, и в целом удобно добираться до всего. 50м от дома есть прокат скутеров что очень удобно. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Всё супер, с удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.

Location is good. I always like to stay here… walking to sunset and close to my fav places in Koh Phanghan

− (I) AC wasn’t working and it was really hot. Somehow was also to sleep on first night for a few hours. But on the 2nd night, could barely sleep- it was that hot and AC was not working. Asked the owners to fix AC. They did!But it still won’t work. Had to changes dinner plans and instead look for a different hotel. Not the disruption you want on a vacation. (II) The attitude of the owner (foreign residents in Thailand) was not very encouraging. They were trying to be helpful in a weird way (I) maybe I have not closed the windows (really!); (ii) trusting their mechanic version that he has fixed the AC over mine that isn’t working (who is staying in room! and why don’t you come and check yourself rather then argue over text?) (iii) and then proposing a different room but at extra cost. In all this there is no one at the property and the owner are on flight, so can’t even communicate properly or in timely manner. Very frustrating. Quite rude, unprofessional and overall very very unhelpful and weird. (III) No housekeeping staff. No reception. My bad if I missed this, but have been using booking.com for 7 yrs and first time landed in a property that was AirBnB (Note Airbnb is illegal in Thailand)
